Sport and fitness

Many sports and fitness programs are run from the Belconnen Community Centre by BCS programs and outside organisations, including:

  • Aerobics/Circuit Class
  • Badminton — Beginners, Social & Advanced
  • Friends for Life Gentle Exercise
  • Healthy Body, Healthy Mind (for mental health clients only)
  • Mature Fitness and Weights
  • Yoga
  • Tai Chi — Beginners, On going, Arthritis
  • Tae Kwon Do
  • Volleyball
  • Yoga lunchtime and evening
  • Karate
  • Kung Fu
